Safeguarding
Parish Safeguarding Information
Our Lady of the Rosary, Kensington, as part of the Archdiocese of Sydney, is wholly committed to ensuring the safety, well-being and dignity of all children, and acknowledges our important legal, moral and spiritual responsibility to create a safe and nurturing environment for those children
Parish Safeguarding Support Officer
Our volunteer Parish Safeguarding Support Officer (PSSO) is Lily Murcutt, who will support the Parish Priest in providing staff, volunteers and parishioners within the parish community a greater understanding of what safeguarding means and how it can be implemented within the parish.
It is not the role of a PSSO to be dealing with any complaints; all complaints need to be referred to either the Parish Priest or the Safeguarding Office.
